FTP Upload Customer Instructions

Order your prints from your home or office!!

It's as easy as 1-2-3

2-Install software onto your computer

3- send us your digital files

You can pick up your prints at our store or we will ship to your street address!!

If you need to upload an image that is larger than 3mb you will need to upload it to us through our FTP site.

Please follow these instructions.

1. You will need to set up an FTP account ( this is done at no charge)

2. To set up an account, you will first need to email us a username and password that you would like to use to access the FTP site.

3. We will then email you back after your account is established. This is generally done within 24 hours.

4. Once we have you registered you can then go to ftp://mypictureperfect.biz/ and login. ( If this link does not work, you may have to press refresh or reload.)

You will then be prompted to enter your username and password.

5. Once you are in the FTP site, you will initially find a folder named "Images" which we created for you.

6. You can create any folders of your own.

7. You can then just drag and drop or copy and paste your file(s) into your folder(s).

8.After you have uploaded your file(s) you will need to then send us an email with instructions.

9. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at orderdesk@mypictureperfect.biz.

Note: If you receive an error message using Internet Explorer, please check the following: Go to TOOLS, then INTERNET OPTIONS then click on the ADVANCED tab. Scroll down and find the box under Browser: "Enable folder view for FTP sites" and make sure this box is checked. Once this box is checked APPLY the change before exiting. Refresh the address and log on window should pop right up. Log in using the name and password provided.
